Complaints and Guarantee
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver it to you in top condition. Nevertheless, an order is broken during transport or something else happens that entitles you to guarantee. Legally speaking, you are obliged to report to us within two months of finding the defect. If the defect is within the guarantee, we will provide for repair or replacement free of charge.
We recommend that you make known to us first complaints by mailing to [email protected] If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the website: www.webwinkelkeur.nl. It is also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
