LOF is a Dutch store, so most of our product descriptions are for now only available in Dutch. Sorry for this inconvenience, if you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask us via e-mail or social media.

The purchase price including shipping costs will be refunded within 5 business days to the bank or credit card account, which was used when placing the original order.

Exchanging items:
If you prefer to return an item to another size, that’s not a problem! Report this on the voucher and we will send for free – as in stock – the right size for you.

Exchanging items in store:
In the store you can only exchange your item from the webshop, or get a voucher from the store.

If your order is not yet in the sorting center, you can change the order.

The email with your track & trace link will be sent as soon as your mailbox delivery has been processed.

Yes, it is possible to pick up your order in the store.

This varies greatly by product. Keep an eye on the website and our social media.

Unfortunately, we are not able to reserve products, but you can register on the wishlist. Once the item is back in stock you will automatically receive an email from us. Or you can place a “pre-order”.

On our website we sometimes offer “pre-order” items. These hot items are not available immediately, but you can already reserve them.

On the website, “pre-order” items indicate the expected delivery time of the wholesale.
